When will I receive my order?
If you purchase a physical product, it typically take 7-10 business days to receive your order. As soon as your product is packaged and ready for shipping, you’ll receive an email for tracking purposes.

Payment and Refund Policy
All transactions for purchase of intangible products, pdf downloads, resource material, and online content are made through payment gateways such as PayPal or Stripe that use SSL encryption. These payment gateways are safe and secure for using all types of credit cards and debit cards in different countries and your details are not stored during this process.
Since we are offering non-tangible, irrevocable, digital goods, we issue refunds only on a case-by-case basis. A refund has to be processed within 14 days from the date of purchase. Simply email us at email@example.com so that our friendly customer support team can try to solve any issues you have with the product. If they are not able to do so, we will send you a refund.
Physical Product Refund Policy
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, return it within 14 days of receipt. It’s easy! Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can process your return or exchange. We will happily exchange the item or refund your full purchase price.
An item not marked as non-returnable on the product detail page is eligible for return within the applicable return window if it fulfills one or more of the following conditions: – Was in a physically damaged condition at the time of delivery – Has one or more parts of accessories missing – Does not match with what was ordered - Is not a digital product. Items must be returned in the original manufacturer’s packaging.
